These Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) apply to all services provided by Merakhi Eventers and are designed to clarify the scope of services, payment conditions, client obligations, and liability limitations. By using our services, clients agree to these terms.

1. Services Overview
i. Merakhi Eventers provides professional photography and videography services for various occasions, including weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings.
2. Booking and Payment Terms
i.  Bookings are confirmed only after an initial deposit is received.
ii. Full payment must be completed prior to or on the day of the event. Payment schedules may vary based on service agreements.
iii. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
3. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling
i. Clients must provide cancellation notices at least 30 days before the event. For cancellations within 15 days, deposits are non-refundable.
ii. Refunds are processed at our discretion, depending on the extent of services rendered prior to cancellation.
iii. Customers may request rescheduling subject to availability, and additional charges may apply. We strive to accommodate reschedule requests, but availability is not guaranteed.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
i. All images, videos, and other deliverables created by Merakhi Eventers remain the intellectual property of Merakhi Eventers. Customers receive a limited license for personal use.
ii. Commercial use, redistribution, or modification of our media requires prior written permission. Clients agree not to alter, sell, or license any content provided without our consent.
5. Website Content and Usage
i. All content on our website, including photos, videos, logos, text, and design elements, is owned by Merakhi Eventers and protected by copyright law.
ii. Unauthorized use, duplication, or alteration of our website content is prohibited.
6. Confidentiality
i. Customer data and personal details are kept confidential and used only for service provision. We do not disclose client information to third parties except as required for technical, legal, or operational purposes.
7. Content Liability
i. Merakhi Eventers assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use or reliance on our website content. Customers and visitors are responsible for the appropriate use of website information.
8. Limitation of Liability
i. Merakhi Eventers is not liable for delays, disruptions, or damages caused by factors beyond our control, such as technical malfunctions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.
ii. We make every effort to deliver high-quality services; however, we do not guarantee the suitability or performance of equipment and services in every circumstance.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
i. These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore.
